Greetings everyone! I have a severe problem about algebra and I was wondering if someone might be able to help me out a little. I have a algebra test pretty soon and even though I have been studying algebra seriously, there are still a some parts that cause a lot of problems, such as online pre algerbra calculater and trinomials especially. Last week I had a session with a private tutor, but many things still remain unclear to me. Can you propose a good way of studying or a good tutor that you know already?

Algebrator is a fabulous software. All I had to do with my problems with perpendicular lines, graphing function and x-intercept was to just type in the problems; click the ‘solve’ and presto, the result just popped out step-by-step in an easy manner. I have used this to problems in Basic Math, College Algebra and Algebra 2. I would confidently say that this is just the thing for you.

Thanks for the detailed instructions, this sounds great. I needed something just like Algebrator , because I don't want a software which only solves the exercise and gives the final result, I want something that can actually explain me how the exercise needs to be solved. That way I can understand it and next time solve it without any help, not just copy the results. Where can I find the program?

Algebrator is a very remarkable product and is certainly worth a try. You will also find quite a few interesting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can say that it has made learning math much more fun.

Don’t worry buddy. As what I said, it shows the solution for the problem so you won’t really have to copy the answer only but it makes you understand how did the program came up with the answer.
