Hey friends , I have just completed one week of my college, and am getting a bit upset about my square roots with the college home work. I just don’t seem to grasp the topics. How can one expect me to do my homework then? Please guide me.

What exactly are your difficulties with square roots with the college? Can you explain a bit more . I remember that recently I too had to go through a similar period of anxiety . In my case , my frantic hunt led me to a tutor in my neighborhood. But he was so tied up that he just did not have the time for me. He was the one who actually pointed out that these days there is yet a different answer at hand. He initiated me to these great software programs in math .

I have also used Algebrator a number of times to solve algebra questions. I must say that it has greatly increased my problem solving skills. You should give it a try and see if it helps.

I remember having often faced problems with evaluating formulas, binomials and adding functions. A really great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – College Algebra, Basic Math and Intermediate algebra. I greatly recommend the program.
