Hi there I have almost taken the decision to look fora algebra tutor, because I've been having a lot of stress due to math homework lately. Every day when I come home from school I spendall the afternoon with my math homework, and in the end I still seem to be getting the incorrect answers. However I'm also not certain whether a algebra private teacher is worth it, since it's very costly, and who knows, maybe it's not even so helpful. Does anyone know anything about algebra 1 solution key that can help me? Or maybe some explanations about factoring expressions,trigonometric functions or adding fractions? Any ideas will be much appreciated.

Thanks for the detailed information, this sounds great. I wished for something exactly like Algebrator , because I don't want a software which only solves the exercise and shows the final result, I want something that can really explain me how the exercise needs to be solved. That way I can learn it and after that solve it on my own, not just copy the results. Where can I find the software?

I remember having problems with radical inequalities, exponent rules and graphing lines. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Intermediate algebra, Algebra 1 and Algebra 1. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
