I think God must have been in a really bad mood decided to come up with something called algebra to trouble us! I’ve spent hours working on this math problem which relates to ti 84 quadratic program and I still can’t crack it. I’m particularly stuck on solving inequalities, multiplying fractions and slope. Can anyone show me the way on how to go about solving such problems? I’ve tried all ways that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent guidance now. Anybody?

When I was in college, I faced similar problems with quadratic formula, exponent rules and factoring polynomials.
