Hi! We just started tackling a new topic in algebra regarding slope formulas and I did well for most homeworks we got but the latest one my teacher gave really hard so I'd appreciate if someone would assist me to understand it! It’s a problem solving assignment my math professor gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried solving it but still can’t get it right. I can’t answer it with ease unlike the other homeworks . I had no trouble doing my past homeworks but this particular homework with specific topic of binomials gives me difficulty just knowing how to start . I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really be grateful if somebody help me in discussing the steps and how to answer it in a systematic and clear way.

I know how annoying it can be if you are having problems with slope formulas. It’s a bit hard to help without a better idea of your circumstances . But if you don’t want to pay for a tutor, then why not just use some program and see what you think. There are numerous programs out there, but one you should get a hold of would be Algebrator. It is pretty easy to use plus it is pretty cheap .

parallel lines, linear algebra and monomials were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is truly the best algebra program that I have ever come across. I have used it frequently through several math classes – Intermediate algebra, Remedial Algebra and College Algebra. Just typing in the math problem and clicking on Solve, Algebrator generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my algebra homework would be ready. I really recommend the program.
