Hi friends I ­ truly require some back up . I have a terrible test , and I am truly stuck on using completing the square to solve for the zeros in a parabola. I don’t know how I’m supposed to start. Can you assist me with binomial formula, factoring and exponent rules, I’m not lazy! I just don’t understand . My dad am thinking about getting a good teacher, but they are not cheap at all. Any thoughts would be really really thanked . Greetings!

What exactly don't you understand about using completing the square to solve for the zeros in a parabola? I recall having difficulty with the same thing in Algebra 1, so I think I could try to give you some advice on how to approach such problems. However if you want help with math on a long term basis, then you should purchase Algebrator, that's what I did in my Intermediate algebra, and I have to say it's the greatest ! It's much cheaper than a private teacher and you can use it anytime you want . It's very easy to use it , even if you never ever used a similar software . I would advise you to buy it as soon as you can and forget about getting a math tutor . You won't regret it!

Algebrator really is a great piece of math software. I remember having difficulties with binomial formula, trinomials and angle suplements. By typing in the problem from workbook and merely clicking Solve would give step by step solution to the algebra problem. It has been of great help through several Basic Math, Algebra 2 and Pre Algebra. I seriously recommend the program.

radical equations, point-slope and equation properties were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is really the best math program that I have ever come across. I have used it frequently through many math classes – Pre Algebra, Intermediate algebra and College Algebra. Just typing in the math problem and clicking on Solve, Algebrator generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my algebra homework would be ready. I truly recommend the program.
