I have a couple of problems based on problem solving for hyperbola I have tried a lot to solve them myself but in vain. Our professor has asked us to figure them out ourselves and then present them to the entire class. I fear that I will be chosen to do so. Please guide me!

If you can be explicit about problem solving for hyperbola, I could possibly help to solve the math problem. A truly piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving side-side-side similarity, adding matrices and algebra formulas.
