I'm just thinking if someone can give me a few tips here so that I can understand the concepts behind difference between rational expressions and functions. I find solving equations really tough . I work part time and thus have no time left to take extra tutoring . Can you guys suggest any online resource that can help me with this subject?

This story sounds familiar to me. Even though I was great in algebra for several years, when I started College Algebra there were a lot of algebra topics that seemed confusing. I remember I got a very low grade when I took the test on difference between rational expressions and functions. Now I don't have this problem anymore, I can solve anything quite easily , even solving a triangle and side-angle-side similarity. I was smart that I didn't spend my money on a teacher , because I heard of Algebrator from a friend . I have been using it since then whenever I found something complicated.

Algebrator indeed is a very good tool to help you learn math, sitting at home . You won’t just get the answer to the question but the entire solution as well, that’s how concepts are built . And to score well in math, it’s important to have strong concepts. I would highly recommend using this software if you want to finish your project on time.

I remember having difficulties with binomials, complex fractions and inverse matrices. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Basic Math, Intermediate algebra and College Algebra. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.

Don’t worry buddy. As what I said, it displays the solution for the problem so you won’t really have to copy the answer only but it makes you know how did the software came up with the answer. Just go to this page https://softmath.com/algebra-features.html and prepare to learn and solve quicker.
