I'm having immense difficulty knowing the logic behind the problem about multiplying percentages with whole numbers. Can somebody please help me to understand how to come up with a comprehensive answer and explanation about multiplying percentages with whole numbers especially in topic of adding numerators? I was taught how to solve this before but now I forgot and confused how to solve it. I find it difficult to understand it alone so I think I need assistance since I think I can’t do this on my own . If anyone is familiar with multiplying percentages with whole numbers can you please help me? Thank you !

This story sounds familiar to me. Although I was great in math for several years, when I started Basic Math there were a lot of algebra topics that seemed confusing. I remember I got a very low grade when I took the test on multiplying percentages with whole numbers. Now I don't have this issue anymore, I can solve anything without problem, even adding exponents and ratios. I was smart that I didn't spend my money on a teacher , because I heard of Algebrator from a student . I have been using it since then whenever I found something difficult .

I remember I faced similar problems with binomials, parallel lines and factoring polynomials. This Algebrator is rightly a great piece of math software program. This would simply give step by step solution to any algebra problem that I copied from workbook on clicking on Solve. I have been able to use the program through several Remedial Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Basic Math. I seriously recommend the program.
