Hello all, I have a very important test coming up in algebra soon and I would greatly appreciate if any of you can help me solve some questions in solving second order differential equations using matlab. I am quite good in math otherwise but problems in proportions baffle me and I am at a loss. It would be wonderful if you can let me know of a reasonably priced software that I can use?

You seem to be facing a similar problem that I had last week. I too thought of getting a paid tutor to work it out for me. But they are so pricy that I just could not afford them. So I turned to the internet and found so many programs that can help with math assignments on graphing inequalities, radicals or equivalent fractions. After some research I found that Algebrator is the best of the lot. I haven’t found a math assignment that I can’t get done through Algebrator. It is absolutely amazing. Best part is, the software gives you a step-by-step explanation on how to do it yourself. So you actually learn how to work it out yourself. Isn’t it cool?

Algebrator truly is a must-have for us math students. As my dear friend said in the preceding post, not only does it solve questions but it also explains all the intermediary steps involved in reaching that eventual result. That way apart from knowing the final answer, we also learn how to go about solving questions right from the first step till the last, and it helps a lot in working on assignments.

A extraordinary piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving graphing parabolas, function definition and radical inequalities. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Basic Math. I highly recommend the program.
