I am in desperate need of help in completing a homework in how to do scale factors. I need to submit it by next week and am having a hard time trying to work out a couple of tricky problems. I tried some of the online help sites but have not gotten much help so far. I would be really grateful if anyone can assist me.

Your story sounds familiar to me. Although I was great in math for many years, when I started Intermediate algebra there were a lot of algebra topics that seemed so complicated . I remember I got a very low mark when I took the test on how to do scale factors. Now I don't have this issue anymore, I can solve anything quite easily , even binomial formula and adding fractions. I was lucky that I didn't spend my money on a tutor, because I heard of Algebrator from a friend . I have been using it since then whenever I found something hard .

Algebrator really is a great piece of algebra software. I remember having difficulties with quadratic equations, algebraic signs and syntehtic division. By typing in the problem from workbook and merely clicking Solve would give step by step solution to the algebra problem. It has been of great help through several Remedial Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Basic Math. I seriously recommend the program.

Algebrator is a very easy to use software and is certainly worth a try. You will find lot of interesting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can swear that it has made learning math much more enjoyable.
