sample for algebra placement testing for 8th grade in irvine is my biggest problem. Can some one assist me understand it? I am a beginner at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for beginning this subject?

This story sounds familiar to me. Even though I was good in algebra for several years, when I attended Remedial Algebra there were a lot of math topics that seemed so complicated . I remember I got a very low grade when I took the test on sample for algebra placement testing for 8th grade in irvine. Now I don't have this problem anymore, I can solve anything without problem, even distance of points and roots. I was lucky that I didn't spend my money on a tutor, because I heard of Algebrator from a a colleague. I have been using it since then whenever I stumbled upon something complicated.

Algebrator is used by almost every person in our class. Most of the students in my class work part-time. Our teacher introduced this program to us and we all have been using it since then.

Wow! Does such a program really exist? That would really assist me in doing my assignments. Is (programName) available for free or do I need to buy it? If yes, where can I buy it from?

I remember having difficulties with equivalent fractions, midpoint of a line and roots. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Basic Math and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
