convert hourly rate to 3 decimals is my worst problem. Can any one help me understand it? I am a beginner at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for starting this subject?

I know how tough it can be if you are clueless with convert hourly rate to 3 decimals. It’s a bit hard to help you out without more information of your situation . But if you rather not get a tutor, then why not just use some computer program and how you go . There are myriads of programs out there, but one you should test out would be Algebrator. It is pretty handy plus it is pretty cheap .

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Algebra 2 and Algebra 2. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through difficulties with least common measure, adding exponents and function domain. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.
