Hello friend. Let me tell you one thing, even tutors in this subject sometimes lag in a specific branch . Mathematics is such a vast subject, that it sometimes becomes tedious to excel every topic with equal ease. If you are having problems with free prealgebra books, why don’t you try Algebrator. This program has aided many colleagues of mine and I have used it once as well. I was quiet happy with it.

Algebrator truly is a must-have for us algebra students. As already said in the post above , it solves questions and it also explains all the intermediary steps involved in reaching that eventual result. That way you don’t just get to know the final answer but also learn how to go about solving questions from the scratch , and it helps a lot in preparing for exams .
