Hello people . I am a student in the College Algebra. I like algebra very much since I was little . Unfortunately I have come to a point where I can no longer solve my algebra exercises on my own . I had a algebra private teacher, who helped me so far with my homework, but I had to pay so much money that I had to tell him not to come anymore. Today we studied something new: sample equation for hyperbola, and when I came home from class I noticed that I can't do my algebra homework, and that scared me . I also still don't get subtracting fractions and trigonometry. What should I do now? I like math and I don't want to have bad grades.

It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebrator. This is not exactly a tutoring software but it offers solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this product is that it is very user friendly. There are several examples given under various topics which are quite useful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math.

I remember having difficulties with parallel lines, y-intercept and least common measure. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, College Algebra and College Algebra. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.

The big formula list and the elaborate explanations on the fundamentals given there were really understandable.
