Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a math tutor to help me with some topics in algebra. My problem areas included topics such as algebra ks2 and long division. Now that instructor turned out to be such a waste, that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I used to be. I still can’t solve problems on those topics. And the exam time is fast approaching . I need someone to help me out. Is there anything significant that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a fairly large set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t solve them, no matter how much effort I put in. Please help!

Your story sounds familiar to me. Although I was great in algebra for several years, when I started Pre Algebra there were a lot of algebra topics that seemed confusing. I remember I got a very low mark when I took the exam on algebra ks2. Now I don't have this issue anymore, I can solve anything without problem, even triangle similarity and graphing function. I was lucky that I didn't spend my money on a tutor, because I heard of Algebrator from a student . I have been using it since then whenever I found something complicated.

Some teachers really don’t know how to discuss that well. Luckily, there are softwares like Algebrator that makes a great substitute teacher for algebra subjects. It might even be better than a real teacher because it’s more accurate and faster !
