Hi math gurus! I am about one week through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to understand the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with pre algebra 8th grade by mcdougal-littell. Could somebody out there please teach me with point-slope, solving inequalities and leading coefficient. I can’t afford to get a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of understanding topics like matrices or least common measure effectively, please let me know Thanks heaps

Hey. I suppose I can assist . Can you explain some more on what your troubles are? What exactly are your problems with pre algebra 8th grade by mcdougal-littell? Getting a good coach would have been the finest thing. But do not be bothered. I think there is a solution. I have come across a number of algebra software programs. I have tried them out myself. They are pretty smart and first class . These might just be what you need. They also do not cost a lot. I feel what would suit you just fine is Algebrator. Why not try this out? It could be just be the thing for your problems .

1.Hey mate, you are on the mark about Algebrator! It is absolutely fab! I downloaded it recently from https://softmath.com/ordering-algebra.html after a friend recommended it to me. Now, all I do is type in the problem from my text book and click on Solve. Bingo! I get a step-by-step solution to my algebra problem. It’s almost like a tutor is explaining it to you. I have been using it for three months and so far, haven’t come across any homework that Algebrator can’t solve. I have learnt so much from it!

I remember having difficulties with function domain, adding functions and mixed numbers. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - College Algebra, Pre Algebra and Pre Algebra. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
