A number of two digits is increased by 45 when the digits are interchaged. If the unit digit is three less tgan five times the tens digit. Find the original number.

x = the tens digit

5x - 3 = the unit digit

The number is 10x + 5x - 3 = 15x - 3.

The number when the digits are interchanged is: 10(5x - 3) + x = 51x - 30.

15x - 3 + 45 = 51x - 30
