If we unroll the tape we will see that it is a rectangle with dimensions:
length = 6.35 m
width = 1.2 * 10^(-2) m
Since the tape has two sides the total area of the tape is:
A = 2*(length*width)
A = 2*6.35*1.2*10^(-2)
A = 0.1524 m^2
The total area of the tape is 0.1524 m^2.
