Arun wants to check the speeds of his 25 network cables. They all operate at different speeds. With one use of the testing tool, Arun can test 5 cables at once. However, the tool will not return the actual speeds of the cables, but will show the order of the cables by speed. How many times does he need to use his tool to figure out which three cables are the fastest cables?

He has to group the cable in 5 groups, with 5 cables per group.
Then he will test each of the groups to find the fastest cable in each group. This means that he will do 5 testings.
The fastest cables from each group form a new group of 5 cables.
He has to do one more testing last time to find the fastest 3 cables.
