Present:
Boy's age = x
Father's age = 4x
After 24 years:
Boy = x + 24
Father = 4x +24
But father's age is twice that of Boy now.
so, 2(x+24) = 4x +24
=> 2x + 48 = 4x +24
=> 24 = 2x
x= 24/2 = 12
so, boy = 12 years
father = 36 years
