Problema Solution
I am trying to figure out how to write the following word problem to solve for each variable.
The word problem is the cost of a 52in TV at store 1 was twice the amount in store 2 and three times less than store 3 which was half of the original price of $5400.
I said let a=the cost of the price of the tv in store 1, let b=the price of the tv in store 2 and c=the price of the tv in store 3. I solved for the price of the tv in store 3 which is half of 5400 to equal 2700. I know the answers to the variables, but I don't know how to write the equation as a monomial or polynomial to come up with the correct variables.

The equation will bve
let a=the cost of the price of the tv in store 1, let b=the price of the tv in store 2 and c=the price of the tv in store 3.
a = 2b = c/3 = 2700
