Answer provided by our tutors

A+B=44sq. mt.

Let l,w be the dimensions of rectangel.

l=w+3.

Let "S" be the side of square.

(3+s)(s+3+3)+s^2=44.

(3+s)(s+6)=44.

3s+18+s^2+6s=44.

s^2+9s+18-44=0.

s^2+9s-26=0.

(s+13)(s-2)=0.

s=2 cm.

w=s+3=2+3=5  cm.

lk=w+3=5+3=8 cm
