Two factory plants are making TV panels. Yesterday, Plant A produced 4 times as many panels as Plant B. Three percent of the panels from Plant A and 5% of the panels from Plant B were defective. How many panels did Plant B produce, if the two plants together produced 1700 defective panels?

A prodeced 4x panels.
Total defective panels is 1700 i.e.
0.03*4x + 0.05x = 1700
