Let t be time taken for second plane to fly 456 km in opposite direction.

Then,

3/4t will be time taken by first to fly 378km in initial direction.

Let

rate of tailwind be x km/h

378/(3/4*t)=x+600 ---- (i)

456/t=600-x (ii)

Dividing (i) by (ii)

21/19=(600+x) /(600-x)

Means 600=20*x

x=30 km/h
