The units digit f a three-digit-number is twice the tens digit. If the digits were reversed, the number is reduced by 297. Find the sums of the digits.
Solution:
The number is ABC
So
C=2B
100A+10B+C - (100C+10B+A)=297
So
A=5
B=1
C=2
So 5+1+2=8, sum =8
