then height = 49+x
Area = 330 = 0.5 *x*(49+x)
=> 660 = 49X + x^2
=> x = 11 cm is the feasible solution
Then height = 49+ 11 = 60
Hypotenuse = (60^2 + 11^2)^0.5 = 61 cm
