Solution:

V=pi*r^2*h = pi*r^2*(6-r)= pi*(6r^2-r^3)

When r=4, V is max

So V=pi*(6*4^2-4^3)=32pi = 100.48

So the maximum possible volume of the cylinder is 100.48 cm^3
