So x-y=3

or x=3+y

Again 10x+y= 7 (x+y)

or 10x+y= 7x+7y

or 3x=6y

or x=2y

or 3+y=2y

or y=3

So x= 3+y=6

So the number is 10x+y =10*6+3=60+3=63
