Franks Automobile rental will charge: 17 + 0.19*x
Coups-for-a-day rental will charge: 14 + 0.21*x
wee need to find such x that the price to rent from coups exceed the price to rent from Franks
14 + 0.21*x > 17 + 0.19*x
0.21x - 0.19x > 17 - 14
0.02x > 3 divide both sides by 0.02
x > 150
for more then 150 miles the price to rent from coups exceed the price to rent from Franks.
