1 l = 10^(-3) m^3
v = 60 l per min = 60*10^(-3) m^3 per min = 0.06 m^3 per min
since the rate = the volume/ the time that is v = V/t => t = V/v
t = 108/0.06
t = 1800 min = 1800/60 = 30 hours
it will take 30 hours to fill the reservoir.
