thus we can write


PQ = 4k

QR = 3K

PR = 6k


where k is positive integer


PR is longer than PQ by 6 cm


PR = PQ + 6


6k = 4k + 6


6k - 4k = 6


2k = 6


k = 6/2


k = 3


the sum of the length of PR,QR and PQ is


PR + QR + PQ = 6k + 3k + 4k = 13k = 13*3 = 39 cm


the sum of the length of PR,QR and PQ is 39 cm.
