Y = -x-3. The rate of change is changed to-1/2, what will happen to the graph of the equation?

For a linear function that rate of change is usually called the slope.
for Y = -x-3 the slope m = -1
if m is changed to -1/2 the function will be
y = (-1/2)x - 3
