Needless to say, all of the other guest were intrigued. After everyone took some time to handle each of the figures, Smitty surprised them all by saying that two of the figures had the same volume. Which figure had a volume different from the other? The sphere had a radius of 3 in. The cone had a radius of 3 in and a height of 4 in. The cylinder had a radius of 3 in. and a height of 4 in. Which figures had the same volume?

The cone had a radius of 3 in and a height of 4 in - the volume of the cone is (1/2)3^2*pi*4 = 18 pi
The cylinder had a radius of 3 in. and a height of 4 in - the volume of the cylinder is 3^2*pi*4 = 36 pi
The cone had different volume from the other solids.
The sphere and the cylinder had the same volume.
