let t = the time that Gail works then t + 4 will be the time that Bobby works since Gail work 4 hours less than Bobby
they work together to finish one cabinet:
(t + 4)(1/6) + t(1/15) = 1
by solving we find
t = 10/7 hr
t = 1 hr 3*60/7 min
t = 1 hr 25 min 5*60/7 sek
