since 1 + 2 + 3 = 6 follows that one of the digits is 0
now we have to find the number that has the following digits:0, 1, 2 and 3
we will get the biggest number if we put 3 in front
the last digit must be an odd number and it can not be 3 so it will be 1
we will put 2 in the hundreds place and 0 in the tens place since 3201 > 3021
the number is 3201.
