Jackie either drives or bicycles from home to school. Her average speed when driving is 36 mph and her average speed when bicycling is 12 mph. If it takes her a half hour less to drive than to bicycle, how long does it take her to go to school, and how far is the school from her home?

solving we get t=3/4 hour
