the kwon family has a rainwater catchment system they use the water garden. after 3 days withought rain, the dept of water in the tank is 63 inches. After5 days, the depth is 57 inches. What will the dept of water in the tanks be after 17 days?

after 5 days, the depth is 57 inches
in 5-3 = 2 days the depth is 63-57 = 6 in lower
after 17 days the dept will be ((17-3)/2)*6 = 42 in lower then after 3 days (63 in) or it will be 63 - 42 = 21 in.
