If Henry can paint a wall in 20 minutes and Peter can paint the same wall in 30 minutes, how much of the wall can Henry and Peter paint if they work together for 1 minute?

the rate of Peter is 1/30 walls per min
lets say they can paint the wall together in x min and have together rate of 1/x walls per min
1/20 + 1/30 = 1/x
by solving we find
x = 12 min
