lets x = the days 1 boy needs to finish the job alone
1/8 + 1/9 + (1/x)*7 = 1/3
by solving we find:
x = 72 days

the first man in 3 days will finish:
3/8 of the job and thus get (3/8)*84 = rs 31.5.
the second man in 3 days will finish:
