v2 = 65 km/h the speed of the second bike
t = the time of the travel until meeting
since distance = speed*time and they travel towards each other we have:
the distance of the first bike + the distance of the second bike = the total distance
v1*t + v2*t = d
95t + 65t = 320
by solving we find:
t = 2 hr
