Mr. Agbuya can mow a lawn in 3 hours thus is rate is 1/3 lawns per hour
Michael and Arnel can each do the job in 2 hours thus the rate of each of them is: 1/2 lawn per hour
1/3 + 1/2 + 1/2 = 1/x
by solving we find:
x = 0.75 hr
x = 60*0.75 min
x = 45 min
