Q)  consider a right angled triangle with angle 45* . the lenght of the one side of the rigt angle triangle is 4cm and the 2nd side is 5cm find the third side??

 consider a right angle triangle ABC where AB= c = 4cm and BC = a = 5 cm  we have to find AC = b = ?

by using trignometric ratios:-

sin@ = perpendicular / hypotenuse

sin45 = a / b

sin45 = 5 / b 

0.707 = 5/b

b = 5/0.707

b = 7.07 cm  lenght of the third side..
