if Ali gives eva 66 stamps,ali will have the same number of stamps as eva:
x - 66 = y + 66
if eva gives ali 20 stamps,the ratio of ali's stamp to eva's stamp is 7:3.
(x + 20) : (y - 20) = 7:3
7(y - 20) = 3(x + 20)
