The length of a rectangle is 5 centimeters greater than it's width. The perimeter is 58 cm. What are the dimensions of the rectangle.

so, width will be = x-5
given perimeter = 58
length + width = perimeter
x+x-5 = 58
2x = 63
x = 31 cm
so length = 31.5 cm
width = 31.5-5 = 26.5cm
