v1 + v2 = 424.2 => v1 = 424.2- v2
m1 / v1 = .981 => m1 = .981 v1

=> .981 v1 + 1.006 v2 = 398.8 => 398.8 = .981 ( 424.2- v2 ) + 1.006 v2
