Two balls whose diameters are 5 inches and 6 inches are place in a container. If the container has the shape of a right circular cylinder of radius 5 inches, what is the volume of water needed to just cover the two balls?

height of cylinder (h) = d1 + d2 = 11

vol of water needed = vol of cylinder - vol of spheres

= pi*r^2*h - (4/3)*pi*((d1/2)^3-(d2/2)^3)
