Let x, y be the lts of 3%, 10% solution .

x+y=3.

0.03x+0.1y=0.079*3

003x+0.1y=0.237.

0.03x+0.1(3-x)=0.237.

0.03x+0.3-0.1x=0.237.

0.07x=0.063.

x=0.9 lts.

y=3-0.9

=2.1 lts.
