We assume the angle is x, the base is L
Area of semicircle = 1/8 pi*L^2
The height of triabgle is H
H = L/2 * tanx
So area of triangle = 1/2 * L*H= 1/2 *L *L/2 * tanx
So
1/8 pi*L^2 = 1/2 *L *L/2 * tanx
x= 57.5 degrees
So the value of x is 57.5 degrees
