Two maids have to clean 42 houses in 12 hours. There were 10 mansions, 13 duplexes and 18 townhomes. The first maid clean five more townhomes than the sum of mansions and duplexes combined.The second maid left work in 4 hours.How many houses were clean by each maid?

Because the second maid left work in 4 hours, so the first maid completes work in 8 hours.
So first maid: 42*8/12 = 28 houses
Second maid: 42*4/12 = 14 houses
So the first maid cleans 28 houses and second 14 houses
